SWEETGRASS BRAID
This fragrant grass is native to the plains of North America. The Plains Indians have long deemed it sacred and used it for ceremony and ritual purposes. According to Native American tradition, Sage is burnt first to banish negative energies and followed by Sweet Grass to attract the attention benevolent spirits. Hold the braid above the flame to release the sweet, pungent smoke. Ideal for meditation.
